For those wondering, Bonngwe is inspired by the Sesotho word for unity, describing the “unified view of the customer” being driven through the initiative - bringing together everything we need to enhance customer experience and keep us competitive in the banking world.

Following a successful pilot, Bonngwe is ready to transform EasyPay Everywhere’s customer service nationwide. It’s more than just a system upgrade; it’s a revolutionary platform that simplifies customer interactions, speeds up processes and demonstrates our commitment to innovation and customer centricity in the markets we serve.
