I had the pleasure of chatting to Sipho Ndlovu, Production Supervisor at our Prism business in Durban. Sipho is retiring after 29 years at Lesaka. He has a lot of experience and wisdom which he shares with us.

He shares valuable insights into practices that helped him get there, which we can all learn from, as well as what we need to do to make the next 30 years of our democracy a success.
Finally, please read our ESG section – we need you to nominate deserving candidates so Lesaka can provide funding and assistance to uplift businesses, people and communities. We are getting close to deadlines, and we would love your input on how we can distribute R10 million to worthy recipients.
I know it’s the time of year many divisions are busy with year-end parties, which we will be sure to cover in our December X-Change. Have fun celebrating with your colleagues, you certainly deserve it!
